Stephanie Ogier

Stephanie joined Halberg Criminal Defense during her first year of law school, where she later graduated magna cum laude. She has a passion for representing those accused. Stephanie has worked on criminal matters ranging from expungement and traffic violations to homicide and criminal sexual conduct. Stephanie also fights to defend parents in child protection actions.

In addition to her work with Halberg, Stephanie also worked for the First Judicial District Public Defender’s Office, where she represented clients at various stages of their criminal proceedings.

Stephanie pursued a legal career for the sole purpose of practicing criminal defense. She understands the impact criminal allegations have on each client and prides herself on her ability to listen and solve complex problems. She is committed to zealous advocacy and protecting her clients’ constitutional rights.

In her free time, Stephanie loves to spend time with her family, her two dogs, and prefers to spend as much time as she can outdoors.
