Minneapolis Blood & Breath Test DWI / DUI/ Drunk Driving Defense Attorney

When a person is stopped by law enforcement under suspicion of DWI, they may be asked to submit to a blood or breath test. A breath test is performed by use of an Intoxilyzer 5000 or DataMaster machine and with this method of testing, an individual will blow into a device that will measure breath alcohol concentration.  This is said to be almost identical to BAC (blood alcohol content) that can be determined by a simple blood test at the police department or law enforcement center.
