For nearly 17 years Thomas Rothstein has successfully handled petty misdemeanor, misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor and felony level criminal and traffic cases.

Mr. Rothstein’s experience includes representation of individuals charged with homicide, drug offenses, criminal sexual conduct, possession of child pornography, assaults, thefts, driving while impaired/driving under the influence (DWI/DUI) and many other miscellaneous traffic offenses. In addition, Tom Rothstein has effectively litigated hundreds of implied consent/driver’s license and vehicle/property forfeiture proceedings.

Thomas Rothstein is a former prosecutor for the City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota. In that capacity, he has prosecuted thousands of petty misdemeanor, misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor traffic and criminal cases.

In addition, Thomas Rothstein is an assistant Editor and a contributing author of the Minnesota DWI Deskbook, the most comprehensive DWI source book for criminal attorneys in Minnesota. Thomas Rothstein is a frequent lecturer at the Minnesota Continuing Legal Education seminars and an adjunct faculty member at William Mitchell College of Law. Mr. Rothstein is licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Federal Court.
